I've been testing my blood pressure at the drugstore, and its been a bit high (132/90), so I thought I'd go in and have my doctor do a blood panel on me. I am not sure if its the anxiety that goes with testing my blood pressure that causes it to spike when taking it, or the fact that I've had to walk through the mall to the blood pressure machine, but I'll see what it is at the dr office. Ive been on keto for 4 months, and this will be my first blood panel since starting. Wondering how I should explain keto to her, and if there are any specific blood tests I should ask for. If it makes a difference, I am in Alberta, Canada (not sure if I am able to request specific tests here).
