Bullet proof coffee dilemma

I thoroughly enjoy a nice cup of bullet proof coffee as part of my morning routine but recently my work schedule changed and I now get berated by my wife if I run my ninja blender at 5am. It's the only blender I own at the moment. I've tried a frother but it's not the same. What can I use as an alternative?
