Thank you for the response. I’m in the service industry and drinking goes hand in hand. I work at an Italian joint so this has been tough and I’m only 5 days in. My gf and I are both doing Keto and going to a German restaurant tonight. I plan on eating only sausages, sauerkraut, and red cabbage.
What’s the general opinion on vodka sodas? Now what’s that opinion if I could have like 6 in one night?
Also, mindlessly took a sip of Abuelita (the chocolate drink), would that amount of sugar fuck things up?

Hey, Just ending my third day. I’m averaging 21-22 carbs a day and according to MFP going around 300 less than I should everyday (it allows me 2,260). Hitting around 130grams of fat and 120grams of protein. Ive read protein should be lower but it’s tough, I eat a shit ton of meat. Should I be worried about cholesterol as well? I’m going well over everyday. Do these look like okay numbers?

Ah well thank you! I’m 26 years old and I wasn’t aware of putting it on sedentary. I’m a server 4 nights a week so constant walking for 5-9 hours, depending on how busy we are, and I always set it to lightly active.
