Hi everyone, M/31/166lb/5'10". Started developing a big gut and tired if dealing with some other issues so I thought I'd given keto a go. Been staying under 30g net carbs the past week and loving my diet options. Lots of bacon, chicken, butter, and plenty of vegetables to accompany all my meals. I've lost like 10lbs of water weight already and am excited for the real losses to come. I currently do not exercise. I have been focused on staying on top of my electrolytes.
Over the past few years I've noticed a general drop in libido but especially this past week it's disappeared and I've had zero morning wood. So my question is how has keto effected your libido, when did that change take place, and did you also notice a change like mine in morning function?
