So I went into my mom’s room this morning and she has my graduation picture from May 2015 up on the wall and oh. my. god. I didn’t start my keto journey until March 2017, mostly because I didn’t think I was actually that big until a doctors appointment I had in February of this year.

But this picture from 2 years ago totally proves me wrong. My face was so round. I had a double chin. I have no idea how heavy I was in this picture, but I’ve lost 80 pounds since starting in March.

I am shooketh to the core looking at the difference. In my head I was never “that big” but dude, I totally was. KCKO!
