What's up.
Long time creeper, first time commenter.
I'm 25. 5 foot 2 and weigh around 204. I've started working out and started to notice muscle definition, but I know I won't loose fat if I still eat shit.
I consume way too much sugar and junk food.
Oh, and I'm broke, we're talking about $40 food budget, give or take 20 bucks.
What are some good tips to start on the keto journey? I read the keto site and I'm not sure what kind of recipes they mean for starting out.
Any links for recepies or good threads would be greatly appreciated.
