So I'm a few tenths of a pound away from hitting the 30-pound milestone. Yay! I'm super proud of myself and for sure never thought I would come this far. It's given me the motivation to keep going.
However! While I've noticed a difference in the way my jeans fit (specifically around my butt, RIP butt), for the most part my clothes still feel pretty much the same. What gives? I know I was rather large to start with, but I was hoping that I'd see something a bit more...noticeable at this point. Assuming my scale isn't lying and I really have lost 30 pounds, where is it coming from? Surely that wasn't ALL visceral fat?
