So today I went to my local drugstore to buy some electrolytes to alleviate the flu that I've been having for the last couple of days.
Please bear in mind that I'm outside the US so I had to buy whatever they had because most of the products that you guys have mentioned are not available in my country.

The values that I have highlighted read as follows:
Anhydrous dextrose 5.024 g Dextrose 115. mOsmol/L Values are per packet.
I drank the thing without properly reading the packet, will this amount of dextrose throw me off keto?
