Hey there, everyone!
So I'm finally starting keto on Monday. My shopping list is ready (broccoli, shredded cheese [I kept going back and forth between shredded and block, but I'll sacrifice a carb or two for ease], salad greens, bacon, pepperoni, eggs, etc.) For my first week, I've mostly decided to stick to easy meals until I can make a casserole to last the week (bacon and eggs for breakfast, salads, salads, and more salads with varying proteins whenever I get bored, chicken with veggies for dinner, so on), but I'm nervous about keto flu...
Is it necessary to get a multivitamin? I think I could easily do the broth, but I'd rather have a more convenient method - like a water flavoring. Does Mio have added electrolytes?
What do you do?
Edit: My marcos, according to the calculator, are as follows: 1602kcal, 20g carbs (5%), 85g protein (21%), 131g fat (74%). This is with a 20% deficit.
