Hello again, everyone!

I'm back with today's Keto-friendly dinner idea!

Meatballs in low-carb marinara sauce!

Ingredients: - 32 oz of 80% lean ground beef - 1/2 cup of Low-Carb Marinara (4g carb) - 1 TBSP Ground black pepper - 1 TBSP Crushed red pepper - 1 cup mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese - 1 TBSP of garlic salt - 1 large egg

Additional items needed: - 2 oven-safe cooking surfaces (casserole dishes or similar) - Your hands! (Prepare to get a little dirty!) - An empty stomach (cuz this stuff is super filling)

Half-Assed instructions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees in freedom units (Fahrenheit). Scramble egg and combine all ingredients (except the cheeses and marinara) together in a large mixing bowl. Using your hands, churn all ingredients until meat is fully saturated. Grab a small handful and roll the meat until round and place into casserole dish or oven-safe cookware, etc. Place meatballs about 1" apart (or more) on the cooking surface. Let cook for approximately 30-45 mins (varies on size of meatball).

Take all meatballs out of first container (which will be full of grease/water/wet stuff) and place into a new oven-safe container. Drizzle marinara onto meatballs along with the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Place back into the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.

It should look like this after the second stint in the oven.

And the final played product should look like this! (Or better hopefully)

I added a bit more mozzarella to the final product... because why not!

Note: Always remember to cook ground beef thoroughly as undercooked ground beef has the potential to have some nasty bacteria that could make you super sick!
