So I found this amazing product at my local Costco (I'm near Austin) about a week and a half ago called Cello Cheese Whisps. I mean, come on...it's perfect. 100% cheese and no carbs. It was a blessing as I was a chip fanatic.

Long story short, I blew through that bag and wanted to go buy more. Walked into Costco and could not for the life of me find them. I asked two different employees and no one could locate them. After sadly leaving the store (head down and tears in my eyes...sniff sniff) I googled the product. Find out that they aren't supposed to be here in Texas Costcos. Maybe they were doing a test marketing and we will one day be able to purchase them here but ....man, once you eat one you are hooked.

I almost fell into a depression. My cheesy, salty and heavenly treats were ripped out of my life. I started to google "100% cheese snacks" and "texas" and found a solution until Cello makes their product available to us here. If you are anywhere near an HEB --I mean, I live near three of them --run to yours and look in the salad dressing and toppings area and look for these.

They aren't as good as the Cello ones..but they are still carb free and satisfying. You are welcome my fellow Texas ketoers.
