I became an addict, and I blame keto.
Post Body

At my heaviest I was about 250, and I decided I wanted to do something about it, so I started keto. Very lazy keto, but it worked. I lost about 20 pounds quick and easy, got over my carb cravings mostly and keto'ed on.

Then it went slower. I Needed some "help" losing more a little faster.

I joined a gym and started playing racquetball. Lots of fun, I suck, so I run after the ball a Lot. I lost another 20 pounds.

It wasn't enough. Now I was close to this euphoric "onederland" I see you guys talk about.

So I started lifting weights on non racquetball days. I got into onederland. Felt good, really good, but that addiction just nags and nags. I wanted more. Always more. If I can get below 200, surely I can get below 190. Just a little more, it's all I need. After that next bump I'll stop, I'll level off and maintain, I swear.

It's not going to stop, not right now at least.

Been on and off keto for about two years now, steady on lazy keto since December last year. This is my first post. Thank you all for posting and keeping my pusher in business. Currently at 191. Went from 40" waist to buying 34" now. XL shirts to M. Feels good each time I hit that next mark. Feels good to finally tell someone other than my wife too. Stay a great group guys and gals. Back to lurking I go.
