Hey Guys,
So... I am getting a little frustrated. I haven't seen any loss so far. I'm consistently hitting my macros and not going over 1400 cal. I enter everything I eat into MFP. I am eating keto chow for breakfast and lunch and then cooking dinner made of some combination of bacon, steak, broccoli, green beans, eggs and cheese (not so much cheese - usually just added as a topping on other stuff).
I could probably be drinking more but I am drinking at least 6-8 cups of water a day.
The first couple days were super rough with the typical crappy feeling and brain fog but I've felt pretty spectacular since then. I have a ton more energy, I sleep better and I don't think about food constantly. It's awesome but I am kind of disappointed I haven't dropped any weight.
This last week I started intermittently fasting to try and get a tighter hold on my eating. I am doing 18/6 with 2pm to 8pm as my "window". Still eating a late keto chow lunch and making dinner when i get home.
Is there something I am overlooking?
