8 years ago (right before I got pregnant) I was just over 200 lbs and a size 16 in pants. I crept up to 265 and a size 22, but put those pants I use to wear away for "someday when I lose weight".
Since I started keto in June, I've had to put some of my larger pants in my Goodwill pile (hopefully to never touch again), and have slowly been bringing out some of my pants from my "someday" pile.
Today I was able to put on, button, and actually look good in a size 18 (stretchy) pair of jeans. I have 2 more 18s that are almost there, that I hope to be able to fit in by October, and then a pair of shorts that are a 16 that I haven't been able to wear since before having my son.
It's these little triumphs that let me know I'm on the right path, and give me the motivation to never give up.
