When I hit 295 pounds I decided it was time for a change. At this time I am now 220 pounds. 75 pounds lost and still going. I started walking more, which in turn led to jogging. Truth be told, it hasn't been the exercise, but the diet change has made all of the difference.
I wanted to give anyone out there some hopes with some lab results that I recently obtained from my fasting lipid panel.

**While my cholesterol and triglycerides were elevated after my initial year of keto, they are doing great now after continued keto maintenance. I think the most important thing here is my increased HDL level; the good cholesterol.
I'm interested to see what next year holds. I feel great!
