Hi, All just wanted to say thanks. I just starting my 7th month on keto today. And all my reading from r/keto are helping me alot to stay on track. Lost 67 pounds so far. Shrink from size 5x to 2x in my shirt. Able to run uppstair at home. No more nod at job (good thing to keep my job!!) Enjoying life even more.
