Hi all, my first topic.
I've been on Keto since Feb 1st 2015 and lost a stunning 62 pound so far. Got 68 to go. Almost halfway!!!
All this with Scenario #1. It's easy for me to maintain at this amount of deficit.
I got some doubt about this deficit thing recently (to many different reading source I believe) All my old logic conduct me to use the 47% deficits to lose weight faster, but the Scenario #2 can maybe put me in a deeper ketosis. And I was wondering if my fat will go away faster in deeper ketosis.
Blood ketone is between .5 and 1.0 mmol/L
Any one as a clue on this?
