First post here that's not a question - four months in, I'm down almost 65 pounds. I started early september, but it took me a while to get used to the diet to the point where I could actually consider it keto. I was only 17, but I was 345 pounds and developing heart problems. I had Severe Social Anxiety, depression, and was recovering from an abusive relationship. I hated myself.
Now, I'm 18, 280, and I'm starting to develop healthier mental habits and overcome my depression. My burgeoning heart condition has gotten under control, and now I actually have started to have /low/ blood pressure. I still have a good 100 pounds to go, but I'm well on my way and I am dedicated. Keto has changed my life in a way I can not express - so all I can say to the community here, is thank you.
