Ok so I've read about this topic before on here and I just want to double check... I pretty much never get hungry. I hit my protein macro every day. I'm always way WAY under my calorie count for each day, other than one day a few days ago where I went about 600 calories over my limit, I'm normally around 600 calories under my already 0 deficit. Now since I'm getting my protein, supplementing with a multi vitamin, and overall making sure I'm doing this right and being healthy. Is it ok for me to be so far under my daily calorie count? Could it slow down or stop my weight loss for some weird (my body thinking my starving so it holds on to fat) kinda thing? And if so wouldn't me being in ketosis force my body to lose weight when I'm not eating enuf calories?
