Huge calorie deficit.

So first off my macros, 25g carbs 140g protein 147g fat all adding up to 1982 calories. 6'3'' 220. I'm having a hard time getting all my calories, I can hit my protein just fine but end up being normally 200-400 calories off my already 0 deficit goal. Is this bad? Does it hinder weight loss at all? Should I just eat more for the sake of eating? I'm not hungry at all.
