After reading the FAQ I'm still confused, I read people saying the too much protein can kick you out of keto but in the FAQ it says that it would be difficult to consum enuf protein to actually effect you. Can anyone clear this up? Personally I'm slated to eat 140gs of protein but today I consumed 170, is that too much?
Also on another note, I've been doing keto for about 4 weeks. I enjoyed a quick drop in 17lbs during the first two weeks, and have slowed down. I understand that you first drop water weight then make a transition/stall for a few weeks then begin to loose weight again. I pretty much get u of my fiber from quest bars, I have seen some people saying it kicks them out of keto, I understand I'm in a period where I don't loose weight quickly but can the quest bars make any big difference?
