Hello everyone,
My wife and I are going grocery shopping tonight in preparation for a shift to keto. We've basically emptied our pantry and fridge so we have a nice clean slate to work with.
I've looked at some recipes and have made a shopping list that I think includes the staples (veggies, plenty of butter and coconut oil, cheese, bacon, etc) but I'm wondering if you have any extra advice about shopping or general advice for starting out. We both work so the goal is to have some simple stuff for breakfast/lunch and save the adventuring for dinner.
