Heyyo all! Here are my stats before I wuss out and not put them down: 25/f/SW:240/GW: 150
So I want to lose weight. There are so many health problems that run in my family, and especially with my dad so I need to get my health under control before it's too late. Here are my issues:
I dislike eggs, salmon, tuna, hot sauces, and bacon is only okay sometimes. Might these restrictions hinder my efforts?
I'll be the only person in my house to follow the plan, everyone else is very carb and sweet motivated, there's always cake or something. How can I stay strong?
I don't cook much, how do I make steak without ending up with shoe leather?
You guys are so inspiring, I feel like I could do this with your support!
