I'm 17 years old and I weigh in at 200lbs. I have NO sign of body muscle whatsoever (Basically a blob of flob).
I read your FAQ/Intro and I have a few questions
Based on what I read, I need to switch my diet to intake 0-50Carbs a day. Is that really the only thing I have to do?
If I do have side effects from starting this regime, how long do they last? Is it like a cold or a week's pest?
(Sorta Unrelated) This is the first time I've ever tried losing weight, is there a subreddit for working out for beginners?
What are some good ways to stay within the 0-50Carb limit? I read that nuts , fruits and veggies were good but are there any other foods that help stay in limit? Preferably something easy to make or filling
How long does it take for the results to show, even if a bit?
