[SV] How do you deal with friends/family saying "you shouldn't lose any more weight"

Post Body

I recently hit a weight loss goal I set for myself two summers ago. I'm 5' 10" and just under 170 lbs. When I started this journey, I was 234 lbs. Although overall weight is a fun and easy metric to track, I've been most focused on lowering my body fat percentage. When I started it was 31.7% (Omron handheld BEI device) and today it is 16.4%. I feel good, but have always had a body fat goal of around 10%. I'm looking for a little advice on how to handle the "you shouldn't lose any more weight" comment.
