I have RA and can’t get back into the groove because of the hunger, mostly.

I lost over 100 lbs on keto in 2019 but since being diagnosed with RA, it’s been a lot harder trying now and the hunger/boredom is making it seem impossible. Just hear for ideas and encouragement
