Post Body
Hey I want to know what other types of sugar I can use for backing or cooking except allulose? Since allulose is not approved here in Germany it's not available in this country.
I already read about xylitol and erythritol but when I check their carbs one of them had 100 carbs on 100grams? Can I still use it or not? Cake recipes sometimes have more than 30g of sugar in them? Or does the xylitol and erythritol don't count for carbs? Are there other things in Germany that I can use as sugar?
