Anyone use Keto for helping mental health

I did keto with my son a few months ago and what surprised me the most was how good I felt as far as more energy, mind clarity and I didn’t seem as stressed. I have lost the weight I wanted to lose so I have added some carb items into my diet. I now seem to have lost all the good mental health and energy that I had when I was at 20 carbs a day. I feel like I should go back but struggle when no one else around me eats the same and I’m always making 2 dishes when I cook.
