I have never done keto before & Im primarily eating from fat & protein sources i.e red meat and eggs.
To keep things interesting and to get some carbs in, I have a cup (140 grams - 1 full serving) of wild blueberries. 19g carbs 6g fiber 10g sugar. I will have it with my last meal as โdessertโ. I normally go to bed about 3 hours afterward.
I have gotten conflicting information from people close to me. Some have said the sugar content causes too much of an insulin spike and buries you, another said they have eaten multiple servings of berries and stayed in ketosis.
I figure you all know a lot better than me. Care to tap in?
