Help me make my fruit smoothie more keto-friendly?
Post Body

A bit of background:

I've been losing weight by strictly calorie counting for a while. I'm basically following the Wheat Belly diet with a lot of Paleo influence, so I'm eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. A few weeks ago I started paying more attention to my macros and have been working on getting my protein up to where it should be. Now that I'm starting to get close to having a handle on that, I'm wondering if I can/should try keto for a while. I love my morning fruit smoothie, but as it is, it gets me pretty close to my limit on net carbs for the day, so I was looking for ideas/suggestions on how to slim down the net carbs while still being delicious and low-cal.

What was in this morning's smoothie:

Ingredients of greatest concern:

1/2 Banana

1 Cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

57g spinach

Other ingredients:

1/4 Egg whites

1/4 Cottage Cheese

1/2 TBS hemp hearts

1/2 TBS protein powder

I sometimes put a sliver of avocado or some strawberries when I have them is the house.
