I have come full circle...but got back on the horse today.

In August of last year my wife and I heard about Keto, checked it out and dove in head first. I followed keto pretty much through Christmas time and lost about 25 pounds. Well, as of today, I have gained all 25 of those pounds back. Today was day 1 back on keto, I'm in it for the long haul this time.
