I stopped hitting the gym in Nov 23 as I was fat again. (58M) Started Keto Jan 24 as I wanted to get my diet under control and focus on that first. Down 40 lbs and stalled for a month. Time to go back to the gym..
2nd Work out and feeling great. It had been a while so I knew I was starting from scratch agn. I have to say I'm not disappointed. I do use a Pre workout stim but it's only 1 carb. Along with a protein shake (5 carbs) and creatine ( 0 carbs) before I leave for the gym. But that's my breakfast too.
My energy levels have been staying great through and post work out. 10min cardio, 1hr heavy lift
Looking forward to making this a habit again.
