For those of you who are lifting at the gym while on Keto, do you find yourself struggling to maintain your strength, getting stronger or simply maintaining?

I have often lost strength while losing weight, however, as Ive been on Keto, I noticed myself getting stronger for a while. But now I seem to just be maintaining my strength so I wanted to see your experiences.
