Hit a milestone yesterday, well to me at least. I'm 10 weeks in now and down 40lbs SW 274, CW 234.
I restarted Keto due to T2D, and that is now also very much under control, along with a couple other issues.
M 58, 5'11" My original goal was 220, as was the last time when I went from 320 to 240. And stopped. Diabetes was not really in the picture last time. Now I'm thinking 200 l should be a good goal to target.
But I'm low carb / Keto for life now, this Reddit has been a big boost and motivation this time and I check in often. Just wanted to say thanks to the Mods, and everyone else here.
