I'm about 3 months in on Keto and have been able to stick to the program quite well, Only one cheat very early on the program.
I don't intentionally fast. I'm not on a fasting program. I eat when I can or when I'm hungry. Last few days I've been off work from my 21/7 rotation. And I literally am down to one meal a day. I almost skipped today at lunch again but around 1400, decided to prep tonights supper.
I was litteraly salivating during prep and ate it. But that was my first meal in like 26 hrs.
Again no desire to eat tonight. And really doubt I'll eat breakfast. Prob bacon and eggs mid afternoon.
Not complaining. Just find it interesting of my lack of desire for food or snacks.
