I am new to all of this so i aplogize in advance for the nooby questions. When it comes to nutriton, I am lost. I thought I was reading French just reading the FAQ and "Keto in a nutshell." I read through the sub and kind of got the gist of it. With the vast amount of diets and diet information, I always feel like I'm doing something wrong. I start off great. But after a few days I fall off because I feel so hungry. So I've decided to give Keto a try.
I plan on starting with Keto tomorrow. I already have my meals planned. I downloaded MyFitnessPal and entered in all of my information. It says that I should be eating 1620 calories a day. I'm female, 5'10, 202lbs. Is that right? I'm restarting insanity tomorrow and I just want to make sure I'm getting all that I need. Also, will the ketoflu affect my performance during my workouts? Or should I wait until it passes to start a workout routine?
