Good afternoon everybody!

42m here looking for an accountability buddy. My life is busy! Work, coaching various sports teams right now (kind of my passion). I’ll preface this post by saying I’m not a weirdo, and I’m just a normal dad type of guy. Sure, that’s what all the weirdos say. But you’re going to have to at least trust me for a minute until we talk and you realize that I’m legit.

Currently a few weeks on keto. Down around 12 pounds. Intermittent fasting 16/8.

This isn’t my first time on keto, so I’m pretty familiar. Have sports background, as well as a nutrition degree. I also can cook! So I can share tips and advice on meal, prep, etc.

Looking for a friend. More than just anonymous checking in. I’m not really sure what this looks like… But we can chat and talk about goals. Compare Obstacles we face, maybe give each other some tips. And absolutely holding each other accountable.
