Hello, I am Che. Menopausal female, 57yo, and familiar with the Ketogenic WOE. I started a lower caloric keto approach - starting Jan 22, 2024(208.4#) I am currently eating between 800-1100 kcal a day, w/fat being my highest percentage(between 65-73%.). This is my third attempt at revamping my keto macros, as I have been unable to lose or maintain (my) weight at the rate I did through my pre and peri-menopausal years.
As I share here for accountability - would y'all throw opinions, pointers and helps(to fine tune) my walk in the comments relevant to the post, please?
