This will be my first full day on keto, finally decided last night before dinner it was time to make a change. I'm a charming 5'7" and 305 pounds, so I guess you could say this is long overdue.
I have a few questions I was hoping somebody could help with. 1. Is flavored coffee okay? Such as french vanilla, etc. 2. Sausage? I know bacon is the food of the gods for keto, but I have heard mixed things regarding sausage.
Also wondering if anyone else is just starting out this week, it would be cool to have like a daily chat with others starting out, we can all bitch about keto flu together.
