Do you have any recommendations?
I often forget to eat or drink properly (time blindness bariatric patient = disaster) and it gets to the point where I feel faint. I'm making an insulated lunch box of emergency rations that I'll store in a cool place. I'll include a few cans of water, electrolyte packets, and food. I don't drive much, so this stash will have a relatively low turnover rate - but when I need it, I really, really need it.
I just don't know what prepackaged items I can store that will last. I can't cook or prepare shelf-stable foods myself, and I'm concerned that many keto things contain fats that will cause them to melt or separate easily. I'm in Southern California.
I dunno if they exist, but some type of keto MRE that I don't have to boil water to use would also work in addition to light snacks.
Thanks for your help :)
