Is this normal??

Is it normal, or at least not unheard of, to lose weight rapidly?? I've lost 10 pounds in 9 days since starting keto. I'm 19m was 180 with 30% body fat and 5'10. I eat at least 1400 cal never exceeding 1600 According to the macro calculator in the sidebar the numbers are within normal range. Soo is this normal?? I can see it in the mirror as well. My stomach is getting flatter and my moobs have shrunken dramatically.
