I have struggled with obesity my whole life and now I am only overweight after fasting and low carb diets for a couple of years. I track everything I eat, run and workout on days off from running. I have one or two bad days though and gain 5-10 lbs immediately. I just want to cry all the time. I work so hard and Iโm still fat. My weight has been plateaued for a while now and Iโm driving myself to mental health problems from depriving myself and weighing all of my food and worrying about how an extra oz of yogurt is going to mess up my progress. I have a lot to learn and itโs going to be a journey to a happier me but Iโm at the end now. Something needs to change.
