Hey guys! I‘m at the end of my second week of trying IF. I‘ve lost 6 lbs so far. Unfortunately I‘ve been sick for the last two days. Some kind of flu I think (Hopefully not Covid) with severe nausea and dizzyness. I dont really have any kind of appettite or hunger but I assumed it would be better to not fast and eat whenever I can to give my body the fuel it needs to fight off whatever this is. I‘m just worried I‘m undoing everything I‘ve worked for the last two weeks. Any advice? Some reassurance?
And is there some supplements I can take to help my body? I have iron, Vitamin C and D, Magnesium…
