Hey all. First time posted but 4 year faster.
Wanted to say a quick blurb about me. 37 years old, 6'3" 205lbs. I would say I workout 4-5 times a week for about 90 minutes. Weights and cardio sprinkled in.
Long and short of my question is I've been reading working out while in the fast portion of my day is or maybe causing me to eat lean muscle. I love fasting but since I've recently had a baby boy, my workout routine has switched to around 630am...long before I eat. I don't typically eat until 1130am. I don't feel the need to eat at 530ish when I get up and don't want to be stuffed hitting the gym as my routine is usually fairly in depth intensity wise.
Looking for advice from the hivemind. Anything that could give me some clarity or reference would be extremely helpful.
