I’m a 26F average weight and honestly kind of already eat on the 16:8 plan naturally… does anyone have suggestions for which plan I should do for weight loss? Was thinking the 5:2 plan seems like the most sense, but open to suggestions!
How do you not get hungry on this routine? Sounds very effective, but that sounds almost too much for me to handle. Do you have like a protein shake or something on the days you’re not eating? I’ve done that before or have a Soylent.
I’m good about not snacking too, I almost never do except for when I’m on my period lol so I should be good there too
In other words: I doubt 16:8 following it strictly would be that different from my current diet
Yeah exactly… I’m not actively following the regimen but noticed I do have similar eating patterns to the plan based off its description (also tend not to over eat, but does happen from time to time)
Also should note—trying to do this with minimal exercise as I know I eat way more whenever I exercise regularly
