Question about refeeding after a moderately prolonged fast.
Post Body

What's up everybody? So I've been fasting for the past 43 hours, only having water, unsweetened tea, the occasional coffee and in the evenings carbonated water with lemon and salt (with some Tabasco sauce), my goal is to make to 80 hours.

I have many doubts about refeeding, my birthday is on Friday so I'm traveling home to be with my family, that's why I'm trying to stop 24 hour before I get there. My biggest issue is that I have a disability and I'm a power chair user, so my caloric needs are negligible, and most of the information online doesn't really apply to me.

What would you guys recommend that I break my fast with? I'm really worried about refeeding syndrome.
