SW 119, CW 110, GW 108. I'm 40F, 5'0".
Started 18-6 65 days ago and have only had a couple of cheat days. Never dieted before in my life. Decided to get rid of the 11-lb baby weight while I'm working remotely as I have the extra time to calorie count and meal prep and do a bit of exercise.
I can't help but notice that I've been getting more confident in other areas in life that have nothing to do with weight! I'm normally very conflict-averse and would just let others win or take advantage of me. The past couple of weeks, I think I've been subconsciously operating on the 'Nope, I can solve this in a better way; don't tell yourself you can't do X only because you haven't done it, lostatlatethirties." mode.
So this week I mediated my immediate boss and one staffer who reports to me over a nagging matter, and in the end the boss commended me. It was really insane as I'd say I have always hated dealing with people issues!
