Starting a fasting lifestyle again to lose the last 30 lbs.
Post Body

39F 5’3” 160 lbs trying to lose the last 30 lbs after losing around 90 lbs over 5 years. I thought I could continue to lose on 1400 and running, but I’ve been continuing to yo-yo and gain weight. Going back to what I know works 20:4 and 1200 calories, fasted cardio every morning. Trying to go into it with a positive attitude. Feeling like I will always be in deprivation mode just to see any progress. Wish me luck this first week! What are your tips to feel like you aren’t depriving yourself constantly? I get very irritable every afternoon when I’m trying to fast and always feel like I’m an abnormal freak because I can’t just cut sugar or run more to lose weight. I always have to go hardcore fasting to even see the slightest change.
