In July 2019 I was a size 13, September I was a size 9 and now, I’m a 16/18. I let my trauma manifest and I ate my depression, and gained 45lbs in 6 months (special thanks to birth control/antidepressant/PCOS!!!!!).

Two weeks ago I woke up with the realization that I’m spiralling and need to stop binging and exercise again. In the last few weeks, I managed to go from 198 to 195lbs and I’m finally feeling a glimmer of joy! I’m so excited to get back into shape and go to the gym everyday like I did in July 2019!
