I love the before/after pics, but I need DETAILS!

For all you success stories, it is really motivating to see you progress in pics. But I really struggle with the logistics of IF or OMAD, and I really would like to know specifically what you do. Can you answer these questions?

  1. What time do you open your fast and close your fast?
  2. What generally do you eat during your eating period? Do you start with a large meal, or start with a snack and then later a meal? Do you eat double portions sometimes? Do you snack throughout your eating period?
  3. When do you exercise in relation to your fast?
  4. How do you fight cravings while fasting?
  5. What do you drink? When fasting and when eating?
  6. How do you deal with social gatherings? Do you move your fasting window sometimes?

My biggest problem is, I fast all day through work, but then get home super hungry and binge out. And I want to workout after work, but I'm either too hungry or too full after eating.
